Hello all,

I'm about to start my first grow at the beginning of the month. I was hoping to run my "grocery list" of supplies by you guys to make sure that I have everything so I don't screw this up.

I'm going to start w a 2x4 grow tent. I was gonna do 3x3, but the first is a bit cheaper and the costs are adding up.
I got a 600w hps light (Is this too much?)
4in carbon filter and 6in fan
Fox farm soil and nutrients
I was thinking maybe 2 gal pots?
I got 10 Durban poison, 10 mango, and 5 blueberry seeds (they were pretty cheap)

Am I missing anything major?
How many should I germinate to start?
Should I make any changes?

Hey, I grow in my 4x4 tent with 600w hps ( air cooled ) and it works just fine but I still need an A/C to keep things cool. But 600w is imo alot for early veg. So dim it down to 50% then gradually up it 75.... 100%
And I would add a small fan or 2 inside the tent to move air. In a 2x4 tent I would start with maybe 4 seeds since they arent femenized. Good Luck
