I spent like 30 bucks on them lolWhat's cheap? Because a 400watt grow light system cost $130 bucks.
Three plants in a tent that size? Flip early.Lol wtf, I'm too high I accidentally posted before writing lol.
Anyhow, this is my first grow, and i don't have a lot of money to spend.
Got this cheap ass LED lights, two:
100W (real consume)
9000lm
6500 K light
One:
30W (real consume)
1800lm
6500 K light
And a 30W RGB LED
So, 260W in total for a 1mx1mx1m tent for three plants would be enough?
3 plants in a 3'x3'x3' is an awful lot no? To answer your question, you want 50w per square foot so you're close.Lol wtf, I'm too high I accidentally posted before writing lol.

That's what I thought. I flowered 1 plant in my 3x3 and it took up the whole tent.Three plants in a tent that size? Flip early.

I'm not bashing...I just know my disappointment with yield I've gotten with a lower watt light. Just trying to save the OP some disappointment, but by all means, use it for the learning experience.I mean it depends on what you've got to work with and what you're trying to achieve ya know?
if you want some Percy meds and wanna grow on budget you can total get by with 260W in a 3x3 with three plants trained.
you're yield may lack a bit and your potency may depend on your growing style/medium etc...
so you could do it yes, sure its not "ideal" but it will work.
if you're looking to grow for yourself and to sell then that's a different story, its all relative...
people will trash ways to grow that aren't "the best" but honestly if you're trying then kudos to you, carry on
For sure but by that reasoning why not 32 1.5 gal pots?as a matter of fact you can fit 9-12 3 gal air pots in a 3x3 tent
yes of course, that being said if he's okay with a loss in yield and expressed not really having funds to do any better than the lights he's already got id say he doesn't really have much of a choice hahaI'm not bashing...I just know my disappointment with yield I've gotten with a lower watt light. There's always choices, but I understand what you are saying. I just know I flowered 1 plant in a 3x3 and it was too much I defoliated and lst like crazy and I still had way too much going on. haha sounds like you grew a beast and or had genetics that liked to beef up in stretch which I would say is nice! ive had some plants that weren't good at that and needed more veg time and some that needed less and would fill in like crazy the first 3 weeks after flipThere's always choices, but I understand what you are saying. The stretch killed me with the strain I grew in there. Luckily my light has a dimmer.haha sounds like you grew a beast and or had genetics that liked to beef up in stretch which I would say is nice! ive had some plants that weren't good at that and needed more veg time and some that needed less and would fill in like crazy the first 3 weeks after flip
