I'd definitely give it some time. The problem with everyone talking about trichome color is that its very easy to find the colors you want on an old leaf and say "Oh, this looks ready!". Trichomes evolve at different parts of the plant at different times, it is unreliable to take a look at a few dozen trichomes under a microscope, see most of them cloudy and one amber, and assume that represents the rest of the plant.
The whole plant will look DONE. Those white hairs are like green on a banana, you don't eat it with that much green! Most of those white hairs should be dead, red or brown, then you can start taking a look at your trichomes to determine how MUCH amber you want. But don't even bother looking at them crystals until your plant is ready!
My guess is you have at least 18 days until you should harvest that delicious looking bud
