First hydro grow AK47

Hello people

This is my first grow journal and I hope people comment and give me advices on what to do. Got 4 AK47 seeds from serious seeds and started germinating them in rockwool cubes 27.2.2011 And now just about 5 minutes ago (1.3.2010) I checked them and I already have my first set of leaves popping out yaaay! I have grown in soil before but I have never been quite happy with the reslults so i tought id try a hydro grow this time. I will try to update with pictures every week. And also got some dutch passion Blueberry seeds I got from a friend If this grow works out. So enjoy

Equipment:

Grow tent
ATAMI WILMA 4 pot hydro system
250 w dual spectrum CFL growlight for the first weeks
250 w MH for the grow phase
250 w HPS for the flower phase
an ufo fan with a carbon filter for air extraction and a small fan wich blows directly on the plants
General hydrophonics nutes and a ph tester (the one with a chart and some fluid). Going to keep ph balanced with lemon juice and vinegar.

Going to post some pictures from my last harvest wich was a Diesel Ryder (dwarf) and a Purple gems (dwarf) grown in soil.

nice ive done deiselryder..great smoke..i wanted to try the purple jems..i can see they do get nice and purple!good luck!

Week 1

Heres an update for week 1 of growing.. about 1,5 weeks from seed. unfortunately one Ak47 plant didnt make it so i put in a blueberry seed instead wich have yet to pop up. Enjoy

Week 3 TROUBLE!!! I had miscalculated the amount of nutrients required for the plants. Was going to put 1/3 nute strenght but ended up going full on from the beginnning wich my plants didnt like at all... yellowing of leaves and other nutrient burn signs and stalled growth... but gonna fix that in the weekend, and have flushed them and they look like they are gonna make it. And the strangest part is that my blueberry plant doesn't seem to mind the extra strong nutes , even tho it is the youngest plant of them all. A bit disappointed in myself for letting me do this kind of noob mistake but I think it will only take a bit longer to get them ready because they now need to recover for a few weeks. AND ATLEAST THEY DIDN'T completely die
