Actually, your plants look pretty good. Lighting can distort photos, so it's impossible to tell if you have any deficiencies (unless the problem is severe, which isn't your issue IMO). You are pretty close to flipping to the flowering stage, so if you don't want to mess with veg nutes on your first grow, just re-pot your plants before you flip them to 12/12. The new soil will have the nutrients the plants need, so long as you use the right kind of organic soil, that is. You WILL need nutrients at least half way thru the flowering stage, though, so be prepared for that. (Great resource on eBay that sells Bloom nutes in small bottles for, like, $3.00 which will last for several grows!)
If you can take another picture of your plants that shows the whole set-up and the entire plant(s), with your lights off, it would be easier to diagnose. Otherwise, I really think they look good and you're doing a good job!
