First Marijuana Commercial Airs In U.S.

Earlier this month Sacramento [CA state capital] launched a pro-cannabis [medical marijuana] commercial throughout California. Cannacare, was responsible for putting the ad together & has had the commercial aired on over 11 stations including the popular TBS & Food Network. It is being pre-approved for 5 more stations before the 2011 year closes.

I would say this is one step closer to legalization, this is a huge help. This commercial opened an outlet for others to advertise now without worry, meaning we will see more of these commercials pop up over the span of 2011-12 until the next proposition is introduced.

On the West-coast of N.A., its either BC or Cali that is going to pop first and legalize it.

We are liberal out West here, opposed to the majority conservative followers out east (Ont) whom think pot is as bad as cocaine/heroin. The liberals are trying to find a way to capitalize on this as we run deeper into debt b/c of the Olympics and Olympic village were still paying for =\
