My bill went up 90$ US after adding a single 1,000 watter. Now I'm running about 3,000 watts of HPS @ 12/12 and about 1,200 watts of T5HO @ 24/0 and my bill is about 410$ a month. Also, there are about 8 box fans and 3 inline sixxers hooked up as well as a 10,000 BTU a/c, pumps, etc.

Haven't done it yet myself just built my screen, from what I see you train the plant to stay under the screen and clean up the lower part of the plant, I think it's referred to as lollipoping.

I'm running my 600 on 12/12 at my new location now for about a month and my bill is about $80, so how much of an increase would I be looking at and is it better to run light in am or pm?

You should call your electric company and ask them what their peak pricing is. Usually the price of electricity will change depending on the time of day it's used. I think night time is cheaper since not many people use much at night.

The only reason I flower a night time 7 PM to 7 AM schedule is because it helps ALOT when trying to combat these hot summer temperatures. My electric company has me on a budget plan where they average our usage out and bill us based on usage tier.

Definitely call your utility company and ask them how they do pricing. Chances are it will work out better for a night time run.
