just had a question sorry haha! umm u started my grow indoor its 24/7 light veg stage when can i place it out door or shouldint i? may29th is the last frost? can my plants stay in veg till then!?

My friend veg's monsters for 2 n a half months before stickin them outside they are like 2ft tall when he puts em outside and end up like 6-7ft MONSTERS
