I think technically you could say he died from the result of hitting a tree with his car, but I see your point.
 
Cannabis will not be the reason listed on his death cert. It will read something like asphyxiation secondary to blunt force trauma. No mention of cannabis will be seen. The blunt force performing the act is a fungible.
 
Is it just me or wouldn't a thousand pounds of dope be a little bigger than those packets, I've never seen weed package in such a small manner when shipping large quanties...and who ships a ton of weed in a hatchback?

No way in hell that looked anything near 1k #'s of weed..
I don't even think you could fit a thousand pounds of weed in a car like that could you?
