Hello,
im new to growing this medicinal plant and have come to this forum for some answers. first, my plants get light at night from my neighbors yard. will this have an affect on the plants? second, im in so cal when do the light cycles change and the plants start budding?

not till the fall. a little light at night probably isn't too big of a deal on an outdoor grow but you could use a box or something to cover them if you notice that they are flowering slowly.
