First Soil Grow

I got a quick question for all the green thumbs out there i planted 5 seedlings friday 6/25 and one has sprouted since of monday 6/28 and i was wondering when it needed to come out the humidity dome and into a small cup of organic soil it has a healthy root coming out the bottom of the medium and i dont want it to get unhealthy. The humidity dome has kept the temp about avg 80 degrees and 85% humidity and i dont want fung or bact to damage the root any help will be benificial

Thanks man i took your advice cus this morning i saw the root was becoming fiberous and more sprouting i got some pics of it now and was wondering is it ok out of the humidity dome?
