First time, advice on lighting and starting

Hello.

I'm a first time grower and growing for personal use, not going to sell any, so I'm not growing much.
Seeds used: feminized Special Queen 1 x10, Power Flower x1 (from RoyalQueenSeeds.com) (hoping to get at least 4 out of 11 alive)

I am planning to grow inside.

My setup:
Window, using 8-10 hours a day, for natural light, the window is pointing south, so there always is maximum amount of sunlight possible
During dark periods, going for a fabric wardrobe (fabric to allow better air circulation). Dimensions: 50 x 75 x 160 cm. It is fully covered in reflectors from inside (aluminium foil).
Light: 3x24W (72W) warm white CFL (2700K, couldn't find any higher temperature CFLs in my city, went through all the shops), one Ultraviolet 15W CFL (to cover the missing high temperature colours + have read it increases THC, gonna turn off during flowering, since I read it is better to give warm light during that period). So in total 87W of CFL, 72W during flowering. The light height is adjustable, going to move along with the plants as they grow, keeping about 5-10cm away from the tops of the plants. In one wardrobe planning to place 4 plants. If more survive, then I will build an additional wardrobe).

So I am going for 8-10 hours natural light, 6-8 hours artificial light, 8 hours of darkness.

Questions:
1. Will this setup provide enough light?
2. How to get all 11 seeds survive the beginning? Or is it even possible? Thinking of using wet towel method, then tiny peat pots, then cutting those pots (not planting the pots) and planting the roots with soil (not to touch them) in large plant pots
3. Any other tips and links to very useful threads are very welcome

Greetings, Natural light will be OK, as long as there is no glass between it and the sun, but I would have a tendency to use your CFL's all the time. I like peat pots for germination, and transplant pot and all, as the roots will grow through the pot. Don't drown you seed's would be a suggestion. Just moist and keep them warm. Good luck

skip #2, and just plant the pods as is. Unless you have a really good reason for doing that, thats just an extra step that isn't all that necessary. You can get all 11 growing at once, but you said first time grower, for personal use, 11 plants is too much for personal use (in the eyes of johnny law) MY suggestion would be try to germinate them 1-3 at a time, 3 plants wont be too big (2-3 feet each if you start them flowering probably by the end of the first month. You also gotta think of the smell, who comes to your house? who has the possibility of seeing what you're doing? do you have a good spot to put them in when you have company? (If you're like me and have no friends that stop by to visit, you're good) how close do your neighbors live? hopefully not close enough to see your plants in the window.

royal queen-"Indoors it will grow to 1.5 m"
power flower- "
This feminized plant will grow over 1 m tall, up to 1.5 m, indoors"
think about that while you move it around each day, eventually you are going to want a home for her where you dont move it (preferably you figure that one out before you break one, learn from my experience, if you are moving plants around all the time, one (or more) will inevitably break)

they both look like easy grows, reviews all read nice, so sounds like you got a good first time project going
