First time autoflowering

Hello, I have some 11-18 day old autoflowers. Haven't done any kind of training to them, just let them grow straight up. Some of them already have first pistils. Should I just leave them how they are, or do something? Maybe take down the first 2 branches that aren't getting enough light?

The thing I am looking is, I want the lower branches to be the same as the main top, is it possible to slow down the main top growth so the side branches catch the height?

Thanks
