first time grow ever.. lookin healthy? any advice? adding more lights tomorrow and painting inside flat white.

thanks and One week tomorrow how long should i be leaving the lights on nonstop? ive read a week and 2 weeks...will it hurt if i put em on the timer tomorrow?

id say leave it on 24 until you can get some 6700k lights in there, then drop it to 18/6 but thats just an opinion
