First time cloning in rockwool

Hello,

Just wanted to get some input on a set of strains that were cloned are showing some deficiencies. Others are fine.

So I took cuts and used 1.5" grodan blocks and plugged them up.

Currently day 4:
Ambient temp 78f - 65% humidity
Domes are on but are cracked fully open
Cuts are all standing nice and tall.

Soaked cubes in powersi, roots excel, clonex solution ~800ppm
Cuts were also dipped in lost coast plant therapy for preventative measures.

Light at 150PPFD 18/6.

Will wait to dry down correctly before re feeding and trying to correct.

Whats y'all opinion on current situation?

Yuppers, I probably would have just done a soak in a bucket with some clean water, add a little cal-mag and 3-1-2 nute around there, but keep PPM down to 300-400 range, Then PH. Clones don't need nutes, and adding stuff will make the root zone less sterile. I have the best success with plain tap water because my house uses town water which has chloramine in it. The chloramine will prevent rot and all you need to do is use the correct techniques to get a good strike rate with any media

Thanks for reply guys
@waterproof808..I thought that too lost coast may been on strong side
@Nizza less ppm on next watering then
@Herb & Suds lol I run H&G so I usually always use this method with 95% in root riots. But with there a/b instead of clonex

Beside burn the ..purpling deficiency obviously from nute overload ya? So just baby them from here and they should be okay ya?

Crazy how Athena talking about ppl cloning 2EC+

Sometimes doing dips with oil based stuff can burn if the humidity is high and moisture starts beading up on the leaves and concentrates the oil on the edges of your leaves. which is what look like happened to your cuts.
