First time grow- a couple small issues maybe help please

Hi all,
This is my first grow. I had 3 different seeds, 2 of them turned out to be hermies so I removed them as soon as possible. So far the last plant seems to not be affected but I’m very green to this, can anyone please look at attached photos and let me know if there’s any issues. I’ve circled a couple of potential problems one being the end of new leaves going a light colour and slightly brown. This has been like this on new growth for weeks now. And also the hairs on just a couple have started going orange.

ive been growing in organic soil, started weekly potash nutrients a couple weeks ago. And am a few days into week 3 of flowering. Indoors in tent.

Nutrient burn on the tips. Hard to avoid with bottled nutes. Looks great!

What nutes do you run? I was thinking of going bottled as all i ever ran was dr. Earth dry amendments.

Advanced nutrients Jungle Juice Micro

Composted scraps with worms. Worm compost (vermicompost).

With sativa strains I also add Epsom (magnesium sulphate)

Finish with some high PK - I use this because I got some free:
