First time grow. Need advice. Seedlings @ day 4

Ok guys I have been reading through the forums and just started some bag seeds. Have no idea what the hell they are but said I would try my luck.
I am growing in a shipping barrel around 4 feet high. I am using 1 45w cfl along with 3 other 23w cfl,would be 4 but one didnot work. Looking to add 3 more 40w by next week. I am using Jungle Growth organic soil, not the best but its what I have access to at this time. Any advice would be appreciated 2 of them got stretchy so I dropped the lights a bit and added some more soil around the plant to make it stand straight.

Oh yeah I have 2 12v pc fans as exhaust in the top of the barrel and 2 more at bottom sucking in fresh air and an old cpu fan blowing on them. Not the fancy setup I have seen you guys pull off but this is just a dry run before starting to get the right grow box and lights.
