First Time Grow, Pre 98 Bubba Kush and Blue Cheese - Concerned about some leaves

On the first week of flowering, and honestly it began a little rough with the light overloading the circuit resulting in inconsistent lighting the first few days until the electrical was figured. However, for the most part the plants seem to be okay minus a few leaves I'm concerned about.

It's under 1000 watts, Fox Farm nutrients, and its on it's first week of flower after 5 weeks of vegging. I haven't been able to get good readings on the pH, I'm not sure how reliable it has been. I'm using RO water and it reads 7 some days, 6 others (with nothing added). But the other day it read as low as 4.5 with the nutrients added. ???

We had a little calcium defeciency with a couple of the sativas, but seemed to take care of the problem for one of them with a little calcium supplement, however one of the sativas can't seem to kick it ( see pics).

Also some of these other leaves on the Bubbas have marks I'm a little worried about, but they're the only ones I can find.

Lastly, and this might be a total newb question, but the new growth on the plants seem to have a real different shade of green since we plugged in the HPS. Normal? Am I seeing things, possibly just over analyzing the pups?

If anyone has any ideas, comments, or suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Pic 3 is the guy that's struggling in particular, too. I have a closeup of one of it's leaves, pic #6. Could be lockout, plan on figuring out the pH situation before next feeding. Thanks for the reply.
