First time grow room setup (need advice)

Hey everyone,

I'm soon going to be embarking on my first ever attempt at indoor growing. I did a little outdoor growing a couple years back, but i was not nearly as well "educated" in growing as i am now. Anyways, i'd love to have the advice of fellow growers so i don't screw up too badly my first time :P . Below is what i've assembled as a preliminary equipment list....

400w Digital switchable ballast grow light set (HPS & MH) - $129.99 (http://www.amazon.com/Digital-Switchable-Ballast-Reflector-GYO-2002/dp/B003810CVA/ref=wl_it_dp_o?ie=UTF8&coliid=I1QMZZVHFW86UP&colid=B69AB8G8EZ4Q)

89w T5 2ft 4-tube High Output Fluorescent Grow light fixture (bulbs included) - $120.99

EDIT: May just use 8 of these (http://www.amazon.com/ALZO-Digital-Full-Spectrum-Light/dp/B00198U6U6/ref=wl_it_dp_o?ie=UTF8&coliid=I7FQ9GVHXAP4F&colid=B69AB8G8EZ4Q) (2 sets) instead of the fluorescent tube because they're cheaper and will give off more light. If my budget expands, maybe i'll just add one set?

Either a 32x32x63 grow tent ($79.95) or 24x48x60 ($82.00)... (How many plants do you think could grow in each?)

What i really need help on is the fans... i'm a relative newb in that area. Odor elimination is a huge priority (carbon filter), but i need the fans to primarily cool the tent, as i've heard heat can be a big issue in a tent of my size with a 400w MH or HPS bulb. If possible, i need to find fans that can accomplish the above and be relatively quiet. The whole tent setup will be inside a closet, so yeah.

The strain i'm hoping to grow is White Rhino, if that makes a difference at all.

Don't have a large budget to work with, but i'm hoping i can get a real solid setup on the first try.

Sorry for the relative newb-ness of everything :P

If you're using the CFLs for Veg then it would be best to find some that are around 6500k or "Daylight". You should be able to find a Inline fan and CF to fit an outlet in the tent, but they aren't necessarily cheep. A $15 fan from Wal-Mart would be fine for the circulation of air inside your tent. Then you may need a fan to push air into the tent.

Go with the 3x3 tent.

The T5 system is good for starting the seedlings but you'll want to use that MH bulb after about 2-3 weeks.

For the tent I recommend at least a 4 inch blower fan (squirrel cage). You could get a 6" inline but this will make a little more noise than you probably want. Setup the insulated ducting also to keep the sound down. You'll need a carbon filter to handle most of the smell. You can get some Ona gel to help do a double-duty cover up job with the smell.

You will need to keep your room, the air that is being circulated back into the tent, under 74 degrees all the time. Ideally, under 72. Keep the interior temperature as close to 75.6 as you can all the time. If the room is more than 75 degrees that's going to be pretty much impossible. So control your environment and keep the blower fan sounds minimized with the ducting. Keep a circulation fan blowing in the room near the closet to help facilitate the air flow and confuse the noise coming from the grow room.
