first time grow under lights

hi guys this is my first ever grow with cfl lights iam using a 48 watt 5000k and two 24 watt warm white lights seedling is just approaching 2 weeks old now and it has started to get sum leaf deformites its growing in seed raising potting mix as well as sum normal potting mix lights r on a 18/6 ph is around 6.5 and it gets watterd twice aweek its had no fertilizer yet apart from the slow release organic stuff thats in the seed raising mix leaves r very short and dnt appear right look deformed and new leaf on new growth is split if sum one could help me out with this issue much appreciated thanks

Welcome to riu, you're on your way to a great experince growing your own. Your light is ok for seedlings and small plants but you will need 6500K lamps later on for good veg. some pics would help.
