First time grow yield question

Hey! Me and a friend are staring our first grow, and we were just wondering if perchance some of the members of the forum could give us a clue as to what our yield may be.

Here is what we are planning for setup:

-Sealed cabinet 45x26x29 in. painted flat white
-6 26w CFLs (6500k for veg, 2700k for flower)
-10" computer fan for ventilation, smaller cpu fan inside box
-For medium we're using potting soil with perlite mixed in, and plan on using General Hydroponics FloraNova grow and bloom nutes.
-We plan on growing 4 northern lights

We were just hoping to get some sort of ballpark figure, I know that yield depends on a number of factors, but some rough estimate would be very helpful.

First post, long time readers, finally nice to be able to get involved :joint: :) Also, any other advice is appreciated!

Ounce per plant, easily. PC growers are starting to see 15-20g per plant, routinely. Certainly, with almost triple the space, you'll see decent yields. Here's how.. veg. 18/6 or 20/4 for 4-6 weeks and LST, like we have to. Some of us go around the lip, making a tight spiraling plant and some do the traditional flop over the top. Keep those CFL's about 6" from the plants. A lot of people put their stuff right on the plants, but I had poor luck w/ my veg. cfls stunting my first couple of plants due to proximity. 6" is fabulous for veg. and 4" is fine for flowering.

Trust me.. LST is your Huckleberry. Some people are scared of it breaking or hurting their plants, etc. At these stages, the plants are SO pliable, it's not even funny. Not only that, but I LST'd a plant the other day and snapped the stem on it! Guess what? It's happy and healing.. with new growth, even!
