My seedlings first set of leaves are starting to curve downwards. Is this something I need to be worried about

Yes stop worrying and you don't need to water everyday.

Don’t feel bad we all been there. Kind of like having kids. The first kid falls and scraps their knee, you run over in a panic. By the time you have your 4th kid, they fall and you tell them to get up and shake it off from the door.
