First time grower

Ok hi all this is my frist time posting on this forum and im a newbie! Ok so lets get started shall we? Soo i live in an apartment townhouse. There are 3 other townhouse apartments connected to mine fyi. Since im living in an apartment i dont want to just set up an open grow operation in my closet which can be easily found. Ok so im thinking about building a grow op insidE a full tower case. The height must be at least 19'' and ive already found a case that meets that requirement-http://www.directron.com/serverr810.html
IT has one front intake and one rear exhuast fan. Ill be using my own fans which are of better quality along with filters to minimize dust build up. So I'm planning on planting only 1 plant probably, and i want to use cfl lights throughout the the veg and flowering stage. Can somebody please reconmmend some good bulbs please? http://www.amazon.com/Leviton-Ivory-Socket-Outlet-Adapter/dp/B000VL4CFC Ill be using those to plug into a decent power strip near the top of the case and running the cords through the back and into the outlet. Ive heard that tin foil is not the way to grow am i correct? If so ill buy some of that windsheild reflective from walmart and just line the inside of the case. I know that indicas grow shorter than its counterpart so il be growing with them. I plan on purchasing the seeds from Drchronic.com as ive heard decent reviews about them. Any help on this subject will be great. Like i said this is my first time and i know i wont be getting the super dank nugs. I know that grow ops like these dont produce or yeild large amounts of bud, just looking to supply myself for a lil bit and maybe keep it going based on the results i get. Has anyone ever built one of these themselves id like to know . TY

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_I68fHnclM something like this is always nice in an apartment, only difrence is go to st vinnys or good will and get a dresser and breack all the drawers off the front (most will just be glued togther, look around for a cheap but usable box) and depending on the desser either use the front back or sides as your acces and put it on hinges get round rolling wheels for easy movement (tools: saw hinges foil/mylar wood glue water proof caulking drill power strip sockets inline comp fans lights hanging chain wheels) for around 200 bones you can build yourself a workable little deresser but more importantly it wont be a massive waste of money. something like this would be usable in the future even if you wanted to step up your game and use it as a cloner or a veg station. but you dont want something that tiny, yoiu will work fairly hard for a whole lot of nothing and im sure you will not be pleased i have helped many friends get started and dabble in a little bit and then ones who half assed it where never happy so get your self a workable space and you will get smokable medical. stay medicated.
