First time harvest two Lemon Skunk?

Hi guys,

First time harvest. As per my calculations, I think I am in the sixth week of flowering for my two plants. The grower mentioned 7-7.5 weeks of flowering time. Would you please help to let me know if I can harvest next week? Or do I need to wait? Here are the pics as of today.

I plan to only chop of the cola and top buds as the rest of the bud sites are still in development. I would like to get the max out before I re-veg the plants. Please advise if there are cons to this method?

give it a bit longer maybe till week 8
