First Time Indoor Spare Bedroom Grow

I have a spare bedroom and want to grow and harvest as much as possible.I have read everything i can get y hands on pertaining 2 this.I cannot figure out what way 2 do everything.I know 1000 watt is good,

How many plants can i grow with a 1000 watt light?I want to harvest at least 2 lbs. every 3 month?Is this possible with 1 1000 watt light?
How much will it higher my electricity bill?

9 plants will grow well under a 1000 watter. 3 oz per plant

Can I change that by growing a starin known for it yield like Big Bud or Bubblegum?These are two strains im considering for my first big indoor grow.
