First time taking Clones and topping ?

I am looking to top my plants and use it for a clone. I was wondering if that is ok to do. I have a pic to show where I am going to cut it. Any info would help

you got it, just cut it where you have it marked and you will have successfully topped your plant and you can then use that top as a clone..

it is best if you have 1 node close to your diagnal cut that is submerged in the rockwool...or whatever your putting your clones in. I would let her grow just a little longer so that node near the top is a little further away from the top so you can get it in the soil. but then yes, cut where you marked

Thanks for the fast reply. I will let it go a little more then cut it there. I will make a second cut higher up next to the node right

I've found tops make better clone mothers than a branch will.

Azryda 420 That is exactly what I am looking to do. Make a mother plant form These plants I have now and veg them after I make sure They take root.
