Flash FLood, My girl was under water

After the past week of insane rain in Ohio, one of my girls who was in a low lying area got flooded out, i checked her today to find most of the buds a weird brown color( from the dirty muddy water i suppose), hopefully bud rot or mold will not come out of this, but im positive nearly half of the plant was supmerged in the water. Any hope for this small two fooot girl?

I had a similar issue, except it was splatters of rain water that got mine dirty. That was last week or so. I didn't clean them off in fear of spraying off trichomes. now my plant smells kinda funky. I think my buds are rotting.

I just chopped mine down probably 2-3 weeks early.. FML
