Flipping the flower

So I’m flipping the flower I have an optic 4 LED with cobs 415 true watt. In veg I had my light at 24 inches it recommends I think 18 during flower so should I drop it to 18 and just keep raising as a plant stretches in flower. Any advice would be great thanks

Don't make the drop from 24" to 18" in one move. Lower the light little by little, like an inch per day, until you are at the desired distance. Be mindful of indications of light stress on the plants. If you detect light stress, raise the light back up a little.

Ok one more question, as you know I just flipped to flower was wondering the Heights on lights, now when should I put my bloom booster switch on.
