Flood and drain system help!!!!

Im using the flood and drain system, I have 3 seedlings and 6 seeds in rockwool. Im using Fox Farm nutrients, ( tiger bloom, grow big, big bloom). Its all under a 1000w metal halide.

I want to know how many times per day should I flood the table when its in veg state and how man times per day should I flood it when they go into flowering?:wall:

Ive seen alot of people say its trial and error but I kind of want to get a rough estimate so I can set up a timer for the lights and water pump.

jus rockwool or are you putting the rock wool in hydroton or sumthin???if its just rockwool it holds alot more water so maybe something as lil as once or twice a day...if your rockwool is in hydroton like mineyou might want to flood like every 4 hours (with light on) and i dot flood wen the lights off...

Yeah we put the rockwool in hydroton, so 4 times a day?
