Flood And Drain

I want to know a rough estimate of how much hydroton you would need to fill this flood table http://www.hydrofarm.com/pb_detail.php?itemid=9426. I'm Going to be using 40-5 inch pots filled with hydroton and fill the table with hydroton also. I'm open to different suggestions on different mediums you think i should use. As of right now i'm gonna use a 4x4 table with a rubbermaid 31 gallon reservoir. I'm gonna use a hydor ario and a 700gph pump. I'm going to be using a 4ft 8 tube mixed spectrum fluorescent but will be switching to a switchable light after my first grow. My nutes are flora series with kool bloom and bud candy as additives. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

...Lucas is an expert on the flood/drain, seriously. I'm only speaking from days of reading reviews....so, just read everything typed by this guy...I'd only use what he recommends, nothing more, nothing less. Good luck.
