Flood table container size

I have a 4x2 flood table with 25 3 week old lsd seedlings there under a 8 bulb t5 for veg the pot size is 5x5x7 will I be able to finish with those pots if I just start flowering them in week 5

Maybe show some pics of your babies . I use a 2' x 4' flood tray also . I grow 6 ladies max . They like elbow room .
