Florescent lights

Can someone tell me based on their knowledge on much lumens dey think this light pushes

Look up the bulb numbers online and that should tell you. But not much and, unless they are brand new, they would be useless. Fluorescent grow light bulbs need to be replaced very often because they lose their effectiveness pretty quickly.
