Florida grow house.

If you had the chance to set up a commercial grow in Florida how would you do it? Assuming you already know buyers that will buy in bulk 1+ pound each. So many problems, Electric, next door house is only about 50ft away. Smell. How would you EVER pull this off?

Police eventually show up unless you have your shit together. I would never try this. There are states that are legal. I would move to one of those and grow. If the police showed up you would be safe(r).

Tons of lights, carbon filters/fans & some balls/experience.. smell wouldn't be a problem.

I would worry about electric before smell....
