Think I should’ve flipped to flower sooner? I’ve got about 6ft of tent to work with at the moment. Tallest one is about 30”. Flipped to flower a week ago. Light is MHfce4800. They vegged 80 days before the flip

I’ve definitely done a bunch of lst, not so much of the taller one, was kinda experimenting for my first grow. I wasn’t gonna do a trellis, you think I should? Is it the trimming after harvest that’s the pain in the ass with trees? Or more the maintenance of them(defoliation, pm, etc)

Easy fix - LST with “ File Clips “ and cotton twine . I do this with fabric pots and other containers ….

‘’No punch holes into collar . ( or I put bamboo skewers to make collar rigid / tie down points )

You can still LST train a few weeks into flowering as long as stems are as yet not too woody. No need for a trellis you can still tie branches down somewhat just as others have said and pinch in between the tallest nodes to keep them short. Trimming is always a bitch; par for the course.

Its a pain cause its hard to move about in that space especially if your hand feeding

True haha it’s already getting kinda tight in there.

do you use the clips to clip the branch to the bamboo!? or clip to the side of pot then tie the twine from the clip to the branch?

When do you reckon I should probably stop LST during flower? Week 4?

I appreciate the pic cause I’ve been meaning to look into how the bamboo skewers are used in LST, I’ve read/heard of it but not seen it. I will definitely be using this method, thank you.
