Flowering going so slow

This is a bagseed grow. I'm using veg nutrients on her although I know I probably should have switched by now. She looks terribly behind for 4 weeks of flower to me, but I'm wondering what everyone else thinks. Maybe Led's just suck at flowering? xD I'm under a 1200 eq watt. Also I'm looking for a semi-definite answer on strain if it's indica or sativa, it definitely doesn't seem purely one or another to me based on leaves. The root is from another plant I killed that was probably 2 weeks older in veg.

Ya it looks behind...as far as strain...well its kinda hard to make out but it looks like marijuana.
At least it's not hemp. : o I should mention it's outdoors and I'm running a space heater, which sometimes messes up, so it gets down to 60 sometimes. Does that matter? Majority of the time it's like 75

60 wont kill them but it will slow growth, cannabis will be stunted if there isnt enough light. The more sativa plants will have the worst of it.My advise if you arent sure if you have enough light stick to indica phenos, they seem much more tolerant of that.

Lux doesnt really give you the full story but it can give you a rough idea. You are going to want ~60k lux or better to be in the ballpark.

I'm guessing it's a 60/40 hybrid. No clue on the dominance, though I'm guessing indica.

When did you flip from veg to flower? I wait 7-14 days before I call it day one of flower depending on how responsive the plants are to the flip. If this is the case and you are 2-2.5 weeks in, then the pics don't seem behind at all.
It's a little small of a bud that I saw, but cold, low light, or genetics (slow flowerer or small buds) could be the causes, so again, don't worry.

I started flowering December 1st. So almost five weeks now. They showed preflowers before I switched to 12/12, but the pistils appeared a week in as far as I could tell.

Yeah your strains doing what one of my early plants did. Also bagseed, started flowering outdoor in the mountains on full moon temps averaging 48F at night. I didn't get it under lights and in a room with a heater till week 7 (looked like week 3 but like a bad week 3.) The smoke was way stressed from age too.
Get the temps fixed and possibly add some 23 w cfls (like a $13 4 pack down at Walmart) and I guarantee a noticeable difference.

They're under a 1200w led?

They should be fine unless spectrum is way off. If you think that the light is at all related like you said earlier, do what you think you have to (i.e. adjusting height, changing spectrum, etc) and let it sit for a couple days so it can adjust. If they are five weeks in and they aren't cold all the time it's either another environmental factor such as light or feed, or genetics. Could be an unwanted pheno.

This is why I always am inclined to let people hang instead of answering them..... I never read thoroughly enough anymore. I even said it would be a factor such as feed if temp isn't the case.... Uggggg:wall:
