Flowering help needed

I have a plant that is about 3 weeks in age.
the stem is strong. so its full vegging stage but i am not sure if i can flower this early?
the plant is about 4 inches tall because i kept the light so close so it wouldn't stretch

i wouldnt recommend you start flowering yet. You would probably produce about 7 grams fresh bud, about a cut dried depending on what strain you have: sativa, indica, or ruderalis?

You can budd a plant at basically any size, just depends on how much bud u want in the end,
if i was you id hold out grow it up a little bigger so you get something atleast worth doing, Unless
you gotta get rid of the plant right now id keep it going.
