flowering help

i started my plant on a 12/12 cycle on nov 20 and i havent really seen any little hairs or even any balls so i thought they would be showing by now
what do you all think?

From what I read on here you are looking where the stem connect to main stalk. Look in the "pit" area between stem and main stalk. I'm on day 8 and not a thing I have 2 little stems coming off the main stalk but nothing in the "pits" no balls or hair. I have read on here it can take up to 30 days. I sure as hell hope not but I guess it could
