flowering plants don't look like they're progressing at the same pace

3 females flowering and one appears to be much farther along than the other two. They're supposed to be ready for harvest in approximately one month, but it looks like the 2 that are lagging behind won't be ready by then. They were all started at the same time and have been under the same conditions. Is it normal and what should I do about it? Thanks.

Seeds, clones, same strain?

If you're growing from seed as I'm guessing then it's normal so see different phenotypes within a single strain. Each pheno has its own characteristics, such as potency, height, yield and flowering time. These traits tend to be based on the parents of the plant.

So a hybrid of an indica x sativa would result in a 50/50 hybrid. It would be normal to expect some seeds from this cross to show more indica and some to show more sativa traits with some falling about half way.

Like, if you have a short mum, and a tall dad, would you expect all the children to be the same height..or would you expect some variety? Same thing in plants...
