Flowering Problem! please help before its too late!!!

This is my first cfl grow. i have three soil plants that were ready to start flowering last week. My nutrients are all botanicare, i had fert even once every other week and i haven't yet given the first round of flowering nutes. everything was going fine until i checked on them today. monday i switched my center bulb to a flowing unit, and switched from 18/6 to 14/10, gave it a few days and everything was still fine minus some minor burning on the top branches of one plant, so i had been training them away and figured it was ok. Then i switched to my flowering bulbs and left one growth unit in the center, went to 12/12 and let it go for two cycles. I just looked at them today and everything has gone to shit! I'll post a pic later on but two plants have browning or burning in the canopy leaves and all the leaves are curled downward and very droopy....
Any ideas guys??? i really hope i can still save my first round of plants

sounds like either 1. nute burn. 2.pH levels. 3. heat stress.

Flush your plants to be safe. and leave them for 4 days to see if they recover; then feed.
