I got 3 moms I've been vegging for 16 weeks with lots of little clones. My flower tent is now at half capacity and was wanting to now focus cloning 1 or 2 only, 3 is too much mom and not enough veg/clone for flower production. keeping all 3 makes it challenging to veg the clones long enough and flowering red solo cups would be too many plants for me and want to get a decent 6"->ft size of clones before I flower.
But my main question is how should I utilize this situation considering the awkwardness of putting a 2ft tall 16 wk mom in with 6"-1ft tall 4 wk flowering clones, I imagine there must be a good way to clone the tops and such so that it flowers more compact and less scraggly. I'm not sure how much I should cut back I had thought cloning the thick ridgid tops and strong branches were prone to airbubbles but i guess cloning the shit out of it to trim it up before it goes into flowering, and making sure it's on the edge of the tent not the middle to not block out the hps, and to somehow raise the short flowers to try and even out the canopy? Any advice as to what to use to raise the short flowers?Books are horrible because they get wet from runoff. The clones from this 2 ft mom didn't stretch in height at all and bushed out so I don't expect it to end up a crazy 4 footer at 8 wks.
