Flowering stage for slow growth plants

So if my plant was growing slowly, does that change the time frame for when I flip it into the flowering stage?
Growing in soil
Using a 600w led
Humidity fluctuates between 40% to 55%
It was growing slow because my nutes didn't come in the mail in time an my light was a little too far away for the beginning.

Ok, an if its a lost cause...please let me know. I am new to this an not sure I'm wasting my time on this one

They are fine.
I would just get some larger pots and set the current fabric pots into the new pots (the roots will grow right through the original fabric pots) with new soil, give them a week in the new soil and then flower them.

:confused:I have 3 more growing, one has some deformed leaves...lol so hopefully I am successful with these younger one. I posted pics an u may be able to see the one with deformed leaves.
