You can transplant, but I think it's an exercise in futility at this point.
It is budding, well into it by the looks of things.
I took weeks to read through, and still have to reread a lot of stuff. There's a lot to know. But! You got them going and growing and flowering. That can be the toughest part for a lot of people. Hell, I straight killed over a dozen from my first grow phase because I burned them with fertilizer. It's all a learning experience.
Not too bad, then, for just tossing in a few seeds.
So, the deal is this, the female plant is probably pollinated. That means that her biology says, "Grow the hell out of those seeds, they're your babies!" Mary is (generally) an annual plant, so she shoots her whole wad in one season, sexual reproduction is IMPERATIVE! I really think this why this plant is SO fucking prone to hermaphrodism, too (having sexual organs of both sexes). Had one herm out on me and its buds look a lot like your girl's.
Grow 'em out, there is some THC in the males and some people make hash or edibles with them. Your girl's pregnant, so just clean out the seeds and the next time you'll know a little more. Couple of things, do some research on sexing. Males tend to flower first, and once you see it you KNOW it so they're easy to spot. If you like this weed, collect some of that pollen if you want to keep yourself in perpetual seeds (somethng I prefer because I am not likely to order seeds through the mail or online).
Umm... what else..? I can't think of anything else. They look healthy, don't change what you're doing otherwise. The girl should form trichomes, they make her look "frosty". When that gets an amber color to it she's approaching harvest time.
That boy sure did pop some big flowers there!
