Flowering under a 1100k led grow light?

for the last month or so I've been flowering a micro plant under about 88 Watts of 2700k cfls for taste testing purposes however I've also thrown in a 19 watt led grow light that produces a spectrum of 1100k.
My question being : is the led actually producing any usable light for the flowering plant or should I just take it out?

1100K? doesnt sound right but i guess they do exist

Here's some pics of it for reference. It's just some cheap pos I got from Home Depot to grow strawberries about a year ago. I just needed a little more light on my girl and was wondering if it would even do anything because it was just laying around
