Flowering under CFL'S??

I am a first time grower I have a small 4 square foot closet my 5 plants are under 4 60 watt cfls as well a a regular fleurescent bulb. Can I just keep using these lights when i change my light cycle to 12/12?????

Yep.
I don't know what spectrum you have but, you can flower with any. Some just work better than others.

Yes you can, try to use 2700k clfs tho.

you probably mean = 60 watts incandescent right ? or 13 watts actual. that not enough light for flowering 5 plants. And you need some of it to be 2700 K (warm white) to promote blooming
