Flowering Week 5 - Smooth Leaves & Fox Tailing

I noticed some possible signs of fox tailing, but what has me more curious is the smooth leaves. Almost every developed bud has small completely smooth leaves. These are not fan leaves but the smallest ones in the tops of each bud. Also, tufts of pistils are starting to elongate out of the buds. I keep reading mixed reports about what fox tailing is and whether it's good or bad. It has also hermied. Ive sprayed dutch master reverse but I can't tell if it is helping yet.

So what is fox tailing? is it bad? What's up with these smooth leaves?

the pics aren't doing the foxtail justice, and it only looks like the beginning of a foxtail.

Any explanation on smooth leaves?

Sativas often like to fox-tail near the end of flower. Higher temperatures or excess nitrogen can also induce fox-tailing sometimes. Often it's a genetic trait.....no big deal, I find fox-tailed buds beautiful. I ran some Chocolope last round that fox-tailed like you wouldn't believe!

the leaves look fine to me. the ones that form around the bud are always a little different. but kudos to you that is some pretty ass bud you got there.

wheres the herm parts i dont really see many? sometimes i get a little lightburn on the top of my bud and it makes the leaves look like a small banana cus its yellow. and i always get some pistols that turn brown early due to touching/wind etc.

also i think dutch master reverse actually just prevents it from being pollenated not actually reverse the herm? i think?
