i think that its a great idea as well...how many plants and in what space?....and are you gonna go with 2 rooms to have mass weed output...if not just buy a hps/mh switchable

you guys er a great help, i was just about ta enter my flowering with a batch of the purple #1s , they never seem ta produce so was thinkin about upin the light ta these 1000s i got, really worried about hotspots and was wondering if neone tryed 3 600s really close to the plants and if it had a better ffect then 2 1000s farther away( becouse of the heat)

Nothing wrong with using that light through the whole cycle, though keep it a good ways away from seedlings, and dont use it for clones, its just too strong. you may notice a slight bit of stretching under the hps, but it shouldn't be an issue, keep your temps in check and it should be a-okay.

your a nice fellow, i was asking if the hps would be to much red and not enough blue smart guy.
and i dident "jump on that thread" ive been on it for a while, longer then you........stop smokeing red bud man its gettin you all sad.and i use a dual arc 1000 watt, it works great. im growin space qween, rhino, aurora, an skunk#1+haze, o and a little bag seed i think is blueberry but who knows. check my grow out its at 2 and a half months.
