flowering with 2 diff coloured lights

hi guys ive been reading into different light spectrums and stuff that a plant uses simple question when flowering would it make any difference at all using a standard 600watt hps with a 300 watt red cfl aswell or would it be a waste of electricity

Well, the theory is that all light is good and you can never have too much. Depending on capability to afford and cool it.

Great post OP, don't mean to hijack but would this also apply for cfl's? For example a 2700k and a 5000k.

nice ill see about giving this a go assume would work same with cfl bulbs im now thinking maybe top hps with a 300w hps red either side will keep u posted on my results
