Flowering xj13 and cherynobl

Decided to make a post about my grow see if anyone has any ideas to improve upon it. This is my first grow. I have a cherynobl that is from seed that was vegged for 2 months and topped several times. Now she is 4 weeks 3 days into flower. I am using cocoa air in a 3 gallon smart pot and have her under several 23 watt cfl's.
I also have a xj13 plant that i got from a dispensary as a clone cutting. When i first got her she was rootbound. I have since nursed her back to health and started flowering her. I have her in fox farm organic soil in a 2 gallon smart pot. She is now 3 weeks 1 day into flowering under several 23 watt cfl's.
I am just using a closet in an apartment for a grow space. I do not believe the electrical outlets would allow any higher ligh usage so i am stuck using cfl's.
Currently i use the general organics grow box for my nutrients. Currently temperature during the day is between 75 and 80 Fahrenheit.humidity is between 35 and 45 during the day and gets up to 55 at night. Any input would be great.
This lovely lady is the xj13. Picture taken today20160317_145401.jpg 20160317_145412.jpg this lovely lady above is the cherynobl plant as of today.

Looks like a lot of stretching to me, could either be just because its under CFLs, and theyre relativley weak. But i think you should lower your light, CFLs can get pretty damn close to your plants, but make sure the footprint of the light still covers most of the plant. consider getting more cfls to add as supplemental side lighting.

The cfl's i have now are only a few inches away from the plants. The xj had a lot of stretching before i got it from the dispensary. I dont have any more outlet space for more lights unfortunately.

i see, you can try putting mylar or some reflective material along the walls to help get as much of that light as you can to the plants, i used aluminum foil my first time lol
