Flowering

Hey guys. workin on my first CFL grow. just wondering when i should put my plants under flowering. they are almost 1 foot tall. can i wait as long as i want for a bigger yield? Which is what i am looking for in this case.

from what ive seen..you should keep your plants on the small side of things if youre using CFLs..i would LST and flower soon

LST? abbreviation for what
