You can use mallases but i have never used it on it's own always with nutrients,I would not start useing till the 2nd or 3rd week of flowering this is when the intake will be used more by the plant the first two weeks are the plant just getting ready for the flowering period. If you are not wanting to put any nutrients into the flowering plants this will mean that you have a far less yeild than if you do.But if you wanting to do thing without putting any nutes in that is your choice,Use a little sea weed exstract this has high n.p.k values and will at least give her a little chance of produceing some nugs.Alot of folk who want to grow has nature intended without any nutrients forget that fallen leaves every winter fall to the ground where earth worms and other bugs mush all the leaves up giveing the summer plant's natural feed.A plant that has been grown inside without any feed is like dropping you on the moon,There would be no food once the plant has got what ever it can out of the soil.So do you plant a favour and give it some nutrients if it is money that is a problem you can get a decent set of nutrients cheep.By doing this you will reap the rewards when it come's to harvest.Try veg feeds these are always a good choice once the plant is in flowering,Cut the watering down to twice a week too this will give the plant a better root system and get the biggest container that will fit in the room.

i have ff grow big its 6-4-4 is this ok?

Just remember, your plants will use up what is in the soil. I picked up my bloom (flowering) nutes cheap. I just got a 500ml bottle of DNF bloom A and B for like $12 canadian. So two bottles I guess. Every little bit helps.
